Situated conveniently within walking distance to local attractions, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle, which was a great help due to the rainy weather. Each morning began with a beautiful traditional breakfast, while our evenings concluded in the serene onsen, offering both outdoor and indoor bathing options—an experience my daughter adored. We even enjoyed choosing our own yukata, adding a fun touch to our stay. The staff, including a delightful room attendant from Nepal, were attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring our needs were met. The local area is vibrant, with unique shops and cultural experiences, and we plan to return in summer to explore more mountain towns nearby. Don’t miss the hot pudding! It was a sweet highlight for our family. Fugaku is an excellent choice for families seeking a cultural and relaxing getaway.
